Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a partial refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) working days of the receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached. Returns that do not meet the aforementioned criteria may be DECLINED.
Please take note that return shipping costs are only covered by The Bluee Hub when returns are due to defects or wrong item(s) sent. For exchanges, you are required to cover the shipping fees for both ways (if shipping is applicable). The shipping fee will be based on our shipping rates as stated under our Shipping Policy.
To return an item(s), please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +603 8966 2506 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. KINDLY DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT OBTAINING THE RMA NUMBER FROM US. After receiving a RMA number, please mail your return item(s) to the following address:

Refunds / Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your return item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email / WhatsApp when your return / refund has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Consumable item(s): Adult diaper, disposable face mask, underpad, etc
- Medical equipment(s): Urinal container, commode chair, suctioning machine, etc.

- Sale item(s) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
